HOW MUCH MONEY DOES THE MILLICENT G. GRAVES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP DISTRIBUTE EVERY YEAR?
The scholarship will distribute $2,000 a year. This consists of one $1,000 scholarship awarded to a female attending a historically black college or university and two $500 book awards.
DOES THE MILLICENT G. GRAVES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP DISTRIBUTE RECURRING GRANTS, OR SHOULD APPLICANTS REAPPLY EACH YEAR?
Currently, the scholarships are non-reoccurring and applicants should reapply annually.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND HIGH SCHOOL IN WILSON, NCÂ TO APPLY FOR THE MILLICENT G. GRAVES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS?
No, you can attend high school in any location to apply for any of the three scholarships.
CAN MEN APPLY FOR THE MILLICENT G. GRAVES MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS?
At this time, we are only accepting applicants who identify as female.
